Driving Directions
Driving time is about one hour from the George Washington Bridge, New York City.

From New York City: New York State Thruway (I-87) north to Exit 16 (Harriman/Monroe); turn right on Route 32 for 10 miles, left after the green bridge onto Orrs Mills Road. Follow our blue & white signs to Storm King Art Center on Old Pleasant Hill Road.

(Scenic Route: Palisades Interstate Parkway north to the Bear Mountain traffic circle; take Route 9W north 11 miles to Cornwall exit. Left off exit onto Route 107 to light. Right on Route 32, left after green bridge, follow the blue & white signs.)

From New Jersey: North on the Garden State Parkway to the New York State Thruway (I-87) north. Proceed as above.

From Lower Westchester: West on I-287 to I-87, crossing Tappan Zee Bridge. West/north on I-87. Proceed as above.

From Upstate New York: New York State Thruway (I-87) south to Exit 17 (Newburgh). East on Route 17K to center of Newburgh. South on Route 32 for 5 miles. Follow the blue & white signs.

From Upper Westchester, Putnam & Dutchess County, and Connecticut: West on I-84 across Newburgh-Beacon Bridge. Exit 10S. South on Route 32 for 7 miles, and follow the blue & white signs.

From Lower Westchester: Take the Tappan Zee Bridge to the New York State Thruway (I-87) north. Proceed either on the Thruway north to Exit 16 as detailed above, or take Exit 13N to the Palisades Interstate Parkway north and continue as detailed above.
